Responsibilities :

Perform general duties at front desk such as handling incoming calls/mails and greeting guests
Responsible for full spectrum of administration function such as office supplies and repair & maintenance

Requirements :

HKCEE/DSE or above
Good telephone manner, communication and inter-personal skills
Good command of spoken & written English, Cantones & Mandrin
Good PC skills (MS office including MS Word, Excel)
Immediately available is highly preferred
