Job Description

Our subsidiary company is looking for a high calibre to join with our Company.

Responsibilities:

Handle the reception related tasks such as greeting guest, answering incoming calls, handling courier and arranging meeting rooms etc.
Support the admin team on other office administration work
Assist in any ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

Higher Diploma/ Degree Holder in any disciplines
At least 3-year working experience as a receptionist in middle/big size company.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, Power point)
Excellent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Professional telephone manner, strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn
Fast paced, flexible, detail-minded, proactive, mature and self-motivated
Hard working and be willing to OT when needed.
