Job Description

Department: Quality Assurance Department

In this position, you will:

Develop and implement research projects on Customer Satisfaction / Net Promoter Score to gain customer insights
Work closely with internal parties and external research agencies to ensure research purposes are met
Leverage data analysis to effectively discover, summarize and interpret customer service issues reflected in research data / complaint in a periodic and topical basis
Liaise with internal parties to come up with a helpful course of action in tackling the identified issues
Assist in ad hoc assignments
Prepare regular analysis reports and presentation materials as well as recommendations for management review

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

Degree holder or above major in Statistics, Marketing, Business or related disciplines
At least 2 years of relevant working experience (preferably with experience in market research/ business analytics)
An enthusiasm about learning and analyzing complex customer issues and their implications
Interest or experience in analytics and data generation tools, especially Cognos
Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel, VBA is a plus
Be self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
An ability to meet deadlines, logically tackle problems, and set priorities
Good command of written and verbal communication in both Chinese (including Mandarin) and English
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Words and Chinese typing)
Experience in Telecom Industry is a plus
