Job Description
Act as the second-in-charge to oversee the day-to-day management of a newly developed residential estate
Duties include budget planning, enforcement of DMC, liaison with owners / tenants, complaints handling, supervision of site staff and monitoring of contractors’ performance, etc
Tertiary educated in Property / Housing Management or related disciplines with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in property management
Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
Possess good PC skills and knowledge in Chinese Word Processing
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required
