Job Description


Assist in overall supervision of service providers of a portfolio of luxury residential.
Identify areas that require preventive or remedial actions or improvements of the portfolio.
To monitor the service providers’ performance delivered are in good quality, efficient and are complied with industrial requirement, KPI and SLA.
To conduct record and analysis for the building services by the service providers to ensure attainment of the standard and requirement.
To review and monitor the expenses of service providers to ensure compliance of annual budget.


Degree holder preferably in Building Services Engineering / Facility Management or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in property / facility supervision and coordination, with at least 3 years’ experience in managing sizeable retail malls.
Mature with good problem solving, communication, interpersonal and supervision skills.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
