Job Description

EXPANSYS, a member of the Brandpath Company (www.brandpath.com), is a leading global ecommerce consumer electronic retailer specializing in smartphones, tablets and accessories. With turnover of HK$180m from its current 13 sites, it has plans to expand into more markets in the next 12 months in the Americas and Middle East. The Covid-19 pandemic has shown the importance of online business and XPS has benefitted from the resulting accelerated consumer trend for online purchases. In order to support our rapid growing business in Asia Pacific, we are now looking for high caliber who have the enthusiasm and commitment to join us.

Product Manager (eCommerce)

Responsibilities:

Follow and develop company product portfolio
Write, review, and edit product descriptions and other product related content on the website
Follow market trends and new opportunities for expanding the product selection
Optimize product sales performance and website conversion rates
Monitor product RMA levels and possible quality related issues
Monitor price levels and price points of products in various markets
Optimize product stock levels and incoming prices
Assist the team to develop and execute different kinds of marketing promotion campaigns
Create images and banners for email marketing campaigns
Assist team in creation of product related content such as videos, product photos etc.

Requirements:

Higher diploma or above in Marketing, Ecommerce, or similar, relevant field
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, Content Creator, or other similar role
Technical understanding and genuine interest towards electronics and gadgets
Previous eCommerce experience highly advantageous
Understanding of web analytics systems such as Google Analytics
A creative and innovative thinker with excellent communication skills and attention to details
Good level written English required, Cantonese Mandarin and other Asian languages advantageous
Good command of Japanese language preferably N1 in JLPT a definitive advantage
Immediate availability an advantage
