Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

Take the lead in product development for building digital ecosystem around the core Octopus payment business; reporting to Head of Business Development and International Business
Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements and wireframes to enhance user experience
Develop & manage a product development process to screen, review & propose new business ideas & initiatives and technological solutions
Responsible for preparing product road map for new feature / user experience enhancement
Work with various teams for on-going product operation plan in order to acquire users, increase usage as well as explore new revenue source for Octopus
Collaborate with external customers and vendors as well as internal department, Sales and Marketing, Operations, Technical teams, etc.
Bachelor degree of Business Administration, IT or related discipline, or equivalent
Around 8 – 10 years of experience in product development, digital transformation and/or customer experience journey design
Data driven mentality which can measure & monitor the progress & achievement of KPI & objectives
Proven track record in project management, RFP, and tendering, vendor management and agreement vetting
Entrepreneurship mind-set and experience in building business / product from Zero to One is a plus
Solid experience in loyalty program / platform, Fintech or internet start-up companies will be an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
