Provide support in the routine orders for the daily purchasing activities in the Department
Handle the daily purchase requisitions from various sites
Issue and follow up Purchase Order with suppliers
Co-ordinate with suppliers to ensure pricing, quality and on-time deliveries
Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

HKDSE / Form 5 or above
1 year relevant experience in procurement field is an absolute advantage
Independent, well-organized and self-motivated
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Immediate available is highly preferable
Fresh Graduates are welcome
