Our Client is a well-known MNC. They are looking for Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant to join their company.

Job Description

Support 2 General Managers based in Hong Kong and China respectively
Prepare communications on behalf of GMs
Manage daily itinerary and coordinate travel plannings
Coordinate administrative duties across Hong Kong and China

Job Requirement

Experience in Personal Assistant / Secretary / Admin Assistant
Proficient in MS office
Strong organizational skills, good interpersonal skills and detailed oriented
Candidate with immediate availability / short notice period is highly preferred
