Job Description


Greet and serve patients and visitors at the Patient Service Centre
Act as a patient service ambassador at the hospital, assist and provide support to patients and visitors at all times
Assist patients in admission and insurance arrangements
Answer telephone and email enquiries regarding the hospital services
Carry out daily routine task at the Patient Service Centre


Form 7 or above
Prior experience in airline, clinical or insurance claims environment preferred
Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player, and able to work independently and under pressure
Proficient in English and Cantonese, both spoken and written. Third language is a plus
Good PC skills
Shift and overnight duty required
