Job Description

Responsibilities

     Oversee the F&B operation efficiency, execute strategies to achieve company goals, sales target, business development
     Develop and implement operations procedures to maximize sales growth, productivity and manpower efficiency
     Control and review operating expenses such as food and beverage cost
     Build a strong relationship and loyalty with customers
     Ensure Company standard can be maintained effectively in assigned area in terms of food quality, customer service and food hygiene & safety
     Lead and in-charge of menu changing, POS upgrading etc.
     Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

     8 to10 years or above experience in Fine Dining restaurant management
     Strong leadership, communication, problem solving and customer service skills
     Energetic and outgoing personality
     Assertive, self-motivated, independent and good presentation skills
     Proactive, driven, attention to detail and able to work under pressure
     Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
     Basic spoken Japanese is definitely a bonus
     Proficient in PC operation on sales analysis and presentation material
