Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for operational and technical activities for multi-discipline Facilities Management activities in an iconic building
Lead the on-site team of direct and contracted out staff members
Act as a single point of contact with client’s on-site representative
Review and establish operation policies and procedures according to company policies and employer’s instruction
Oversee R & M works to ensure providing uninterrupted services to the client
Supervise and monitor services provided by sub-contractors, conduct regular review meeting with sub-contractors to enhance the quality and service level
Prepare and monitor the annual operation budget to ensure that expenses are spent on time and maintained within budget
Coach staff on customer focus and self-initiative mindset
Closely communicate with clients and Facilities Management team members and maintain positive interactions between colleagues internally as well as external customers
Ensure SLA & KPI are delivered as stipulated in service contracts

Requirements

Degree in Facilities Management / Building Surveying / Building Studies / Building Services Engineering/ Housing management or other related disciplines
Holder of relevant professional qualifications, such as MHKIS/ MHKIE/ PFM/ MRICS/ MHKIH/ CFM
Minimum 12 years solid experience in Property / Facilities Management, 5 years should be at managerial level
Proficiency in MS Office is essential
Strong communication skill with customer service focused mindset
Cheerful character with proactive and can-do mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good leadership
Good language skill with fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
