Office Manager - MNC Communication Consultancy (HK$28K-HK$33K,5 Day,Central)
Our client is a Global Consultancy in communications with 18 regional offices. They are looking for an outstanding, mature and all-round Office Manager to join their growing team in Hong Kong:

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing full spectrum of general office administration and operation in HK and regional offices in Asia
Lead the administrative team in providing support in:
Office Management: Renovation and maintenance projects,
HR: Handle recruitment process, organize activities and on-boarding process
Accounting: Payment and treasury functions (A/R,A/P, cash flow, month-end closing, monthly management reporting, time-sheet management & submissions, tax report)
Finance: Payment, payroll, MPF, insurance
Legal & Compliance: Liaise with external law firm and accounting firm on legal and compliance matters
Business support: Contract and price negotiation with vendors
Degree holder in Business administration or equivalent
At least 5 years’ experience in office administration with experience in Multinational Companies
Basic knowledge in legal, audit, compliance, company secretary, HR and accounting
Strong planning, organization and time management skills
Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
Mature, self-motivated and analytical-minded
A good team player with excellent communication and coordination skills
Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
