Provide all-round secretarial and admin support
Provide all-round secretarial and administrative support, including reception works;
Participate in office renovation (at Tai Po) and relocation project;
Handle the renewal of company business licenses, staff insurance & staff medical schemes;
Review and implement administration related policies and procedures;
Provide monthly and weekly cost control reports;
Manage petty cash, expenses claims;
Organize and manage schedules of meetings, bookings and appointments as well as travel itineraries, expenses and coordinate related arrangement;
Supervise administration staff e.g. Driver; and
Assist and support in any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Diploma or above;
Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in providing secretarial support to top management;
Good computer literacy in applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage;
Multi-tasking, proactive, well organized, logical with good business sense; and
Immediate available preferred.
