Description: Position: Executive Assistant IIIA (Human Resources) Office: Cluster Human Resources Division, New Territories West Cluster (NTWC) Pay: HK$14,031 – HK$17,733 per month Job : 1. Assist in day-to-day human resources functions and operation. 2. Input data into human resources information systems. 3. Assist in preparation of reports. 4. Maintain human resources records. 5. Answer enquiries from staff members and /or public. 6. Provide logistic support on functions, meetings and activities organized by the Human Resources Division. 7. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. Requirements : 1. Completed F.5/ S.5 with (a) or (b) below: (a) Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syl B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent; OR (b) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below: Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent; OR 2. Completed F.5/ S.5 with experience. Remarks : For Serving HA Staff 1. The selected candidate will be offered either contract or fixed term appointment for 1-3 year(s) depending on his/her existing employment terms. 2. The offer of salary to serving employees upon changes in appointment will be determined based on the remuneration package/employment terms of the staff concerned and prevailing policies. For External Applicants 3. Selected candidate will be offered contract terms for 1-3 year(s). 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered upon satisfactory completion of contract. 4. Retiring / retired HA staff who wish to continue working for HA after their normal retirement may also apply. If selected, the terms and conditions of employment will be offered in accordance with prevailing policies of the Retired and Rehire Mechanism of HA. For All Applicants 5. May be required to perform 24-hour shift duty and to perform duties during typhoons, rainstorms and other emergencies. 6. Selected candidate may be required to wear uniform whilst on duties. 7. Job rotation would be arranged for the selected candidate if required . 8. Selected candidate will be posted in Tuen Mun Hospital and may be required to work in another work location to meet service needs of the HA. 9.
