Job Description

As a Marketing Manager (F&B) / Multimedia Manager at The Coffee Academïcs, you will work to plan, strategize, and execute events, campaigns, and various multi-channel activities at our 20+ Hong Kong outlets, with a strong focus on Media and PR. Branding & marketing strategies are extremely important for our company’s success, so you will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives. We are expecting you to have a huge passion for F&B businesses and creative ideas for increasing the company’s media and brand presence. With a future vision in globalized marketing for our global development of the Group.


  • Overseas reputable University Graduate is a must

  • F&B/Hospitality experience is preferably. Retail experience is a plus

  • 3 years or above solid marketing experience gained in F&B or hospitality industry

  • Appreciate specialty coffee with a good eye for arts and sophisticated taste

  • Decent PR network and resourceful

  • Knowledgeable in digital marketing, graphic, animation, videography and branding

  • Excellence in communication & project management

  • Good team player with can-do attitude

  • Fluent spoken and written English



Drive marketing strategies and implement strategic marketing campaigns and partnerships to boost the Company’s media presence and drive revenue with measurable KPIs


Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to execute planned campaigns/events successfully

Press Release:

Plan and compile press and promotional materials to enhance the awareness of the Company’s brand, products, and promotions

Media Relations:

Establish new and strengthen existing media relations to drive media opportunities and marketing partnership opportunities

Product Promotions:

Develop and implement both online and offline marketing campaign to promote our products to target customers, increase sales, traffic, and brand visibility


Monitor and promote Company’s CRM systems and oversee the loyalty program

Data Analytics:

Define, collect, and analyse data to identify insights and propose action steps to ensure constant improvement and relevancy


Keep a good record of Department expenses and maintain a budget or cost control mechanism to control Department spending

Market Research:

Conduct regular market visits to develop monthly market intelligence report and proactively drive new events, retail marketing & promotion initiatives
