To assist in the development of corporate social media strategies;
To provide professional, efficient and effective content development and production support to online corporate communications platforms such as corporate social media platforms;
To provide planning, execution and supervision of the multi-media production for promoting the corporate image of the MPFA through various online media channels;
To oversee the planning and execution of online promotions and other special campaigns delivered by external service providers;
To provide support in media monitoring and social media listening;
To coordinate with internal clients on the content management and updating of the corporate website; and
To handle other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
A recognized degree, preferably in marketing, public relations, communications, journalism or equivalent;
At least 8 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public affairs, branding and publicity, community relations or related fields, preferably in large corporations or public organizations, of which at least 4 years at supervisory level;
Experience in managing social media platforms is preferred;
Good understanding of online marketing and social media trends;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
Good interpersonal, communications and people management skills;
Highly sensitive to social issues;
Able to work independently, under pressure and to meet tight deadlines; and
Mature, flexible and a good team player.
A competitive remuneration and benefits package including a discretionary performance-linked variable pay, annual leave, medical, dental and life insurance coverage, and MPF will be offered. All new appointments will be made on a two-year fixed-term contract initially prior to consideration for appointment on a non-fixed-term basis.
