Description: Office: Finance Division, Kowloon East Cluster Pay: HK$21,895 to HK$25,906 per month Key Responsibilities: Reporting to Finance Manager/Assistant Finance Manager, the incumbent will support several aspects of the following areas: 1. Perform duties in areas of revenue management, shroff operation and post approval checking for cases of medical fees waiving and other assistance programs. 2. Handle internal and external enquiries on revenue collection and cases reviewed. 3. Conduct data analysis, compile statistics and prepare reports and bank reconciliation statements 4. Perform financial accounting duties, including daily reconciliation of fee collection, conduct patients’ debt recovery, review bills issued to patients and debtors. 5. Assist in interim and year-end closing exercises. 6. Assistant in the implementation and monitoring of internal control procedures. 7. Carry out general clerical duties includes filing, data entry and record keeping. 8. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors. Entry Requirements: 1. University Graduates with experience; AND 2. F.5/ S.5 with: (a) HKCEE 5 passes including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language; OR (b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below: (i) Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language, AND (ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary Subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in other Language subjects AND diploma in a specialized function AND relevant experience. Preferable Attributes: 1. Working experience in counter service (e.g. cash collection) or customer service 2. Possession of accounting related certificate would be an advantage. 3. Proficiency in PC applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint. 4. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. 5. Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently. 6. Good inter-personal and communication skill. 7. Pleasant, mature personality and willing to work under pressure.
