Job Description

Job description:
-Prepare two types of Malaysian noodles, Sarawak laksa and kolo mee. Other snacks include spring rolls, chicken wings, satays and rojak. All made and prepared in-house
-Assist head chef with plating/packing orders
-Able to manage hot/cold station independently
-Contribute to overall team environment and success with positive attitude, sense of humour, space cleanliness and team engagement

Requirements:
-Basic knife skills
-Can take initiative, responsibility and ownership of actions
-Min. 1 year in similar position/Asian restaurant
-Basic English and Cantonese language preferred
