Job Description
Responsible for project management and coordination of various IT application project implementations related to Property/ Facility/ Smart Building/Shopping Mall Management Systems, etc.
Review and analyze user requirements and design application system to provide effective solution to business problems
Prepare tender document and handle the procurement process
Manage project progress, budget, deliverables and key stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of the programs
Coordinate with users in functional review, testing, data conversion, training and deployment
Verify system completion and specification compliance as required
Review the documentation or deliverables by the implementation vendor for various IT application projects
Review/ establish operating support model and ensure a smooth transition to the operation mode
Provide technical support for ongoing operations and service enhancement
University graduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information technology or related disciplines
Certified PMP is preferred
Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in IT application development, support and project management
Experience in influencing change in ways of working/ collaboration within a cross-domain/ functional context
Experience in System Analyst / Business Analyst and support production systems like Property/ Facility/ Shopping Mall Management Systems, etc.
Experience in system integration, system analysis and system development life cycle (SDLC) in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Knowledge in application programming and support (e.g. C#, MS-SQL, MySQL, Oracle, Java, web services, multi-tier applications, etc.)
Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
