Job Description

We are hiring talents like you!

You will do the following in this job:

Handle all recruitment administrative activities during the end-to-end selection process, ensuring all requests are processed in a timely manner; tasks include job posting, interview arrangement, employment checks process, on-boarding arrangement and so on;
Handle daily HR operations including payroll administration, compensation, and benefits, MPF, performance and employee relations;
Maintain employee attendances & leave records and personal data
Support the implementation of HR policies
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned
All-round HR supports

We are looking for you if you are:

Higher Diploma or above in Human Resource or Business Administrative disciplines with 1-2 years of relevant experiences
Proficient in computer skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to independently manage priorities and multi-tasking
Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a good team player
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
Fresh graduate with potential will also be considered
