Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for full spectrum of HR and administrative duties including recruitment, payroll calculations, compensations & benefits, MPF, tax returns and leave management, etc
Prepare HR reports including leave, monthly headcount and staff benefits reports and analysis
Support in medical, EC, PI and office insurances renewal
Responsible for daily HR operations and work closely with different business units and departments
Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures
Ad hoc assignments
Requirements:

Bachelor or above, major in Human Resources Management is preferred
1 - 2 years of hands on experience in sizable company
Well versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF and Taxation regulations for HR practices
Experience in implementation of HRIS system is a plus
Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
Responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and both English and Chinese Word Processing
Immediately available is highly preferred
Candidates with more experience may be considered as officer
