Job Description

Our client is a conglomerate and strong market player in the Construction and Property industry. They are looking for a seasoned and experienced candidate to lead their group remuneration & benefits strategies.

Job Description:

• Manage and monitor HR rewards philosophy and remuneration & benefits strategies in accordance to group business objectives

• Analyze and conduct regular salary review, pay adjustment cycle, bonus calculation & proposals, etc. for each financial year

• Draft and provide professional budget insights of salary recommendation and promotion for the management

• In charge of market survey implementation and salary benchmarking

• Ensure standardization of C&B policies across parties including local staff, executive leadership team and expats

• Review regional remuneration structure, salary levels and programs for countries including HK, China, Singapore, Philippines, India, Indonesia, etc. with reference to local market data and business strategies

• Direct Managers to communicate finalized salary increments to employees

• Conduct financial modelling for various bonus scenarios and finalize bonus pool allocation through discussions with management

• Evaluate and improve current performance management system

• Lead team, train new joiners and coach them to higher levels of performance

• Coordinate routine data analysis and regional reporting such as quarterly workforce planning report

• Act as an ambassador of HR team

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Human Resources or related disciplines, Master’s Degree is preferred

• 8+ years of experience in regional C&B supervisory or consulting role, in which consultancy background will be an added advantage

• Knowledge of C&B market trends in Asia

• Strong people and system analytical skills with data-driven mindset

• Proficient in Excel

• Effective communication and facilitation skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
