Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead HR & Admin team to provide full spectrum of HR and admin services for internal and external parties
Oversee office administration including procurement, repair and maintenance etc.
Handle full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance appraisal, staff training & development, and staff relations.
Be fully responsible and to be proactive for all aspects of Company operations, and to provide solutions and recommendations to Senior management
On-going review and formulation of HR and administration policies & procedures.
Monitor payroll and benefits administration and prepare reports regularly.
Monitor corporate workflow procedures and processes
Handle office renovation and relocation projects
Handle ad hoc projects when required.

Requirements

Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration or related disciplines.
5+ years’ HR Generalist experiences of which 3 years at managerial level.
Strong experience in compensation & benefits is highly preferred.
Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented team player with a positive work attitude
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
A hands-on leader with a strong can-do attitude, excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
Willing to learn, well-organized, independent, attention to details and able to work under pressure.
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
Proficient in Chinese and English typing and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willing to go to the site occasionally and to work overtime if required
Immediately available is highly preferable

Office Location: Chai Wan (Nearest to MTR station)
