Perform and manage reception duties
Manage reservations, greet guests cordially, plan table placements and escort customers to their tables
Set up, organise and coordinate private events and parties
Provide excellent customer service to customers
Form 5 or above
At least 1 year of experience in relevant fields
Good customer service skills
Cheerful and polite attitude
Presentable, enthusiastic and motivated
An aptitude for acquiring new skills
Good interpersonal skills
Well-mannered telephone etiquette
Good communication skills in English and Chinese
