Description: (Issued on 27 May 2021, extended on 10 June 2021) Office: Information Technology and Health Informatics Division, HA Head Office Post A – Data Centre Operation Post B – Call Centre Operation Pay HK$37,809 to HK$57,728 per month (including Monthly Allowance) [HGPS Point 17 to 26] (See Remarks 2) Job Provide support to the 24x7 data centre / call centre operations on the following areas: Conduct detailed system analysis and problem diagnosis; propose, develop and implement IT solutions. Assist in provision of consultancy based on information technology and industry expertise. Prepare requirement specifications and cases of testing; maintain systems documentations / reports and monitor service provision of IT solutions. Provide proficient configuration, testing, technical operational and competent level of user support on system hardware, software or services. Monitor systems connectively, performance and security control. Implement technical infrastructure enhancements such as network, computer platform, desktop computer, etc. Prepare user guide and conduct user training. Provide after office hours’ system support. Requirements Degree in Computer Science or relevant disciplines; or equivalent. 4 years’ post qualification Information Technology (IT) related experience. Preferred Attributes Post A At least 2 years’ experience in enterprise 24x7 data centre operations. Proven experience in the following areas: Incident reporting tools First-line technical support on server platform and network infrastructure Change and problem management functions Post B At least 2 years’ experience in enterprise 24x7 call centre operations. Proven experience in the following areas: PABX and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) support Microsoft Web based application development MS SQL Server computing under MS Windows environment For Both Posts Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of written and spoken English.
