Description: Rank: Executive Officer I Office: Team 1A, Chinese Medicine Hospital Project Office, Cluster Services Division, HA Head Office Pay HK$ 63,269 to HK$ 79,606 per month (including Monthly Allowance) [HMPS point 3 to 8] ( S ee R emarks 3) Job The post-holder will be seconded to the Chinese Medicine Hospital Project Office, Food and Health Bureau with main duties as follows: 1. To assist in rendering administrative and executive support. 2. To assist in liaising with stakeholders, consolidating, coordinating and finalising the user requirements of the planning and commissioning matters (including furniture and equipment, information technology systems) of the Chinese Medicine Hospital (CMH). 3. To assist in Service Deed management and monitoring the progress of commissioning activities. 4. To assist in co-ordinating the user acceptance test of the information technology systems of the CMH. 5. To provide secretarial support to relevant working groups and governance meetings. 6. To perform any other duties as assigned by seniors. Requirements 1. A university degree or equivalent. 2. At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in administration/management, of which at least 2 years at managerial level (i.e. Hospital Administrator II / Executive Officer II or equivalent level). 3. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Preferred Attributes / Exposure 1. Possess Master degree in health informatics. 2. Experience in project and commissioning or working experience in hospitals / healthcare institutions. 3. Experience in Chinese medicine information technology systems planning and coordination. 4. Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. 5. Self-motivated, pleasant and mature personality. 6. Ability to perform multi-tasks and work under pressure. 7. High proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and word processing (both English and Chinese). Remarks 1. May be required to work in another work location to meet service needs of the HA. For Serving HA Staff 2. Selected candidate will be offered either contract or fixed term appointment for a period up to 31 March 2024 depending on his/her existing employment terms. Serving contract employee will be offered contract employment with an up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance. Serving permanent employee will be offered a fixed term appointment with a reversion clause according to the prevailing policies. 3. The offer of salary and allowance (Cash Allowance, Fixed-flexi Allowance or Monthly Allowance) for serving employees upon changes in appointment will be made in accordance with prevailing policies. Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance. 5.
