Job Description

Purpose of work:

The general manager will lead the company to achieve the company’s main goals in the local logistics market in Hong Kong, and build a strong product in the industry.

Responsible for the company’s overall performance in operations and finance. S/He will be responsible for the formulation and execution of customers, finances, internal business processes, personnel

The realization of business plans and key performance indicators in areas such as employees and suppliers. S/He will design, plan and manage all company resources,

To increase the value of all company stakeholders.


Assist in the establishment process of the company and operations (operational processes, policies and procedures, standard operating procedures, staff recruitment, training,
Supplier selection, local regulatory requirements, etc.)
Develop and execute business plan/budget/balanced scorecard
Carry out sales and marketing work for the company (including new customer discovery, formulating appropriate suggestions for new customers) to achieve revenue
Growth, securing new customers other than project anchor customers and expanding Oman’s 3PL service portfolio
Develop all key suppliers to ensure the achievement of company performance goals
Develop key customer relationships through value-added plans and innovative logistics solutions
Provide guidance and direction of logistics solutions for customers and internal productivity/quality improvement projects
Ensure compliance in environmental, health and safety, finance, systems and control
Set goals (covering all balanced scorecard areas) and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement
Motivate, guide and develop the team to achieve their goals


Bachelor’s degree and or similar professional qualifications. MBA or related graduate degree or logistics/SCM related major
Qualification will be an added advantage
At least 6 years of experience in the third-party logistics (warehousing/transportation) industry
Have at least 2 years of experience in similar abilities.
Excellent analysis and communication skills (good written and spoken English skills are essential)
Excellent relationship management, networking and negotiation skills
Proficient in IT and good financial acumen
Experience in overseas logistics operations will be an absolute advantage.
