About our Client

Our client is a Hong Kong leading facility services provider dedicate to offer premium services to customers. In order to expand their team, they are looking for a Facility Officer to join their team.

About the Role

Report to Facility Manager
Monitor and supervise frontline staff (e.g. cleaning staff, security) to ensure daily operation runs smoothly
Coordinate with internal and external parties to organize a regular repair and maintenance
Assist in budget planning, vendor contract and tendering preparation


Tertiary education or above with any related discipline
Minimum 2 years’ solid experience at property management or facility management
Responsible, well-organized, good communication skills
Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel etc
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
