Define online communication strategy to drive traffic on different e-commerce platforms
Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Optimize, monitor and support the e-commerce performance
Work in close cooperation with the graphic design team ensuring that their work and production maintain a relevant relationship with the brand guidelines.
Work closely with internal departments such as warehouse to manage stock level, online customer orders and delivery arrangement for multiple online sales channel
Assist in operating the digital front-end platform (Including online store, brand website CMS and other sales channels)
Follow up customers’ online ordering enquires and after-sales support services
Handle local and overseas shipping documents, making sure all orders are fulfilled quickly
Create sales reports on multiple sales channels
Operate company’s ERP system for all e-commerce sales related activities
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
1 - 2 years experience working in online business or e-commerce operation would be an advantage
Good communication skills and provide good customer services
Good written English and Chinese
Good team player with a can-do attitude
Strong interpersonal skills and detail oriented
Driven, motivated, self-propelled and appreciates working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Strong ability to organize and prioritize
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Coordinator
