Job Summary

Responsible for management and execution of the Rosewood Residential Public Relations and Marketing strategy
Responsible for the creation and upkeep of all internal and external residential marketing collateral
Responsible for organizing and implementing brand immersion training to Ownership Sales and Marketing teams for residential deals
Participates in all kick-off meetings for deals that include a residential component
Be Rosewood Hotel Group’s marketing expert on ‘branded residential’, including market overview of projects, competitive environment, marketing tactics, sales performance etc.
Guide the Company’s residential marketing strategy, residential policy and best practices, and residential branding
Manage Rosewood’s residential pipeline as if it were a separate business unit, including Owner relations, marketing tactics and tracking of sales velocity that are in line with Rosewood’s brand standards
Support development teams in communicating the Company’s residential marketing capabilities to prospective owners, developers, and investors, including the creation or supervision of promotional materials, websites, handbooks, brochures, Brand guidelines and creation of residential marketing and brand collateral
Coordinate the review and approval of all sales and marketing materials submitted by residential developers to Sales & Marketing
Reviews residential pricing parameters for residential deals
Works with operations teams and residential development to standardize rental programs, Home Owner Association budget allocations, and guidelines for on-site residential managers
Establishes beneficial relationships for the Company as necessary, with developers, agencies, brokers, sales agents, etc.
Responsible to lead and manage residential unit owner benefits program (Rosewood Reserve)
Be the custodian of the Residential marketing database

Key Responsibilities

Execute residential marketing business strategy for Rosewood hotel Group
Work with regional and hotel property teams to understand marketing and operational issues/concerns. Coordinate with Brand team to ensure compliance with standards.
Provide divisional training on Global Residential Marketing Policies.
Review and monitors residential sales materials, collateral, brochures, website to ensure compliance with legal requirements and brand standards.
Creates residential brand standards in conjunction with the Brand Team for all stakeholders: Owner/developer, internal teams, Home Owners Association, Sales and Marketing, IT etc.
Meets, trains and vets residential agents/brokers.
Fosters relationships with owners, developers, investors, consultants, etc., to keep abreast of industry trends, upcoming growth markets, investor sentiment, growth opportunities, potential partnerships, etc.
Drive business development strategies for Rosewood Residences alongside excellent communication skills and project management experience with attention to detail, and able to employ digital marketing
Participate in the strategy and development of branding initiatives
Develop and implement strategic marketing and communications – and develop an annual calendar
Manage the marketing and communication budget
Accountable for all business activity including the communications, presentations, research, media, and creation of marketing and brand collateral
Develop an annual marketing and coms strategy and plan - build the brand reputation and authority globally - inclusive of Public Relations, digital advertising, search, copywriting quality, social media, digital marketing and marketing adaptation
Craft, edit and write targeted communications to market RW residence – inclusive of – website, digital communications, social media and brand guidelines and materials and offer expertise
Responsible to update and develop Rosewood residential brand guidelines
Ensure local real estate laws in foreign jurisdictions are supportive of Rosewood Hotel Group’s residential marketing and database requirements.
Tracking of residential sales fees collections and maintaining database of residential market intelligence, including price premiums, sales strategies, etc.

Other Activities

Maintains strong relationships with all owners, agencies, Public Relations firms and consultants
Works within pre-set budgetary limits
Evaluates rental pool / programs structures and establishes best practices with Rosewood organization
Models the company’s culture, vision, mission and core values at all times

Job Requirements

Critical Skills & Qualifications

Well-polished in owner/ developer relationship handling
First-hand knowledge of residential markets globally
Ability and experience to manage multiple projects to deadlines and engage with multiple stakeholders
Advanced and fluent command of the English language
Ability to work and travel internationally


Hotel School or University degree required.
Marketing, Hotel and Real Estate background.


Residential marketing background such as with competitive hotel companies or upscale residential developers.
Real Estate or hotel marketing background.
Luxury hotel knowledge.
PR management experience.
Luxury goods experience.
Brand and advertising experience.
