Responsibilities:

Handle and follow up client’s enquire, services request in a timely and professional manner
Provide basic technical support to customers on the function of the mobile banking app/ e-banking
Prepare and organize audit confirmation to auditors
Provide administrate support if needed
Perform callback confirmation for payment instruction received by facsimile
Other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

Degree holder or related disciplines
At least 2 years banking experience is preferred
Knowledge on bank operations area(i.e. Remittance/deposit) is an advantage.
Customer focused with good communication and interpersonal skills
Good PC knowledge including MS Word Excel and Chinese word processing
Fluent in English and Putonghua
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Officer
