Job Description

Job Duties

     Handle customer enquiries, service request or complaints.
     Maintain and develop good relationships with customers.
     Prepare service orders, quotations and reports.
     Maintain an accurate database of customer information.
     Coordinate with internal departments on daily tasks.
     Proactively learn and grasp latest knowledge concerned.
     Participate in projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.


     F. 6 / HKDSE or above.
     Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese .
     Pleasant, polite, initiative and good telephone manner.
     Attentive to details and accuracy, self-motivated, willing to learn.
     One year working experience preferred.
     Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
     Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
     Part Time applicants are also considered.


     Five day work per week.
