Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Safeguarding our client’s brand reputation on social media by managing daily customer engagement on our Clients’ social media platforms (e.g. Facebook page) in a timely, consistent, and professional manner.

Job Duties:

Provide professional customer services in online platform
Interact with our clients’ social media fans (Facebook and/or other social media platforms) and answer fans’ inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Monitor online community trends and potential crisis
Provide campaigns support and communicate with different business units
Prepare and produce regular reports on the performance of Client’s social media platforms
Share insights and give recommendations for continuous improvement


Associate Degree holder or above in any discipline
Over 2 years of work experience, preferably in the field of customer service, call centers or financial industry. Experience in handling social media platforms is an advantage but not a must
Native Cantonese Speaker and excellent command of written Chinese (including Simplified Chinese) and English Patient, detail-minded, responsible, willing to listen and proactively help our clients’ fans
Possess an outgoing personality with an analytical mind
Able to handle multiple projects & amp; ad hoc tasks simultaneously while managing communities in a very timely and professional manner
Willing to perform shift duty
Home office on holiday may require
Enjoy working with our young and professional social media team to deliver service excellence and lead the market
Senior Candidates will be considered as Senior Specialist
