Job Description

Customer Service Manager requires a highly skilled and dynamic customer services to assist with the expansion process of Fitness First.

Top performing individuals with a minimum of 2 years customer services experience;
Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines;
Proficiency using MS Office applications;
Ability to communicate in English and Chinese;
A self-confident individual with a balanced and pleasant disposition;
Passionate with fitness;
The must always maintain a positive outlook in life, be able to work productively and be an inspiration to others;
Preferably an active individual with a healthy lifestyle;
Manage a small team of front desk;
Willing to work on roster basis.
