Quote and provide competitive solution for the Time Critical Services Department
Respond promptly to clients with the best end-to-end airfreight solutions and services
Liaise with internal/external parties, include airlines, agents, clients and inter-offices
Act as core member of the global control tower who offer support/backup to other branches when required
Offer and decide best & multi solutions to customers, based on the services requirement
Maintain documentation, records and files in a proper and systematic way
Handover shipment status smoothly between shifts and overseas offices
Meet department’s KPI, and make sure AEO/ISO standards are followed and met
Backup and support the team on all issues, include training and reporting when needed
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Tertiary education or above, preferably with educational background in shipping / logistics or related disciplines
1-2 years of working experience is preferred
Willing to work on Sunday/Public Holiday and overnight shift
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Detail-minded, good team player with a sense of numerical and responsibility
Creative thinking and able to propose different solutions if required
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
Candidates with more experiences/qualifications will be considered as Senior Coordinator
07:45 – 16:45 / 14:30 – 23:30 / 23:00 – 08:00
Shift duty is required (including Sundays or Public Holidays / Overnight Shifts)
6 continuous working days following with 2 rest days
