Job Description

Company Secretary Assistant
Responsibilities:

Assist in handling the company secretarial matter
Provide administrative support to the company secretarial department

Requirements:

At least 1 years company secretarial experience
Knowledge in HK / offshore company formation and maintenance is a must
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chines Word Processing

Company Secretary Manager
Responsibilities:

To work with a team of 3 company secretarial staffs engaged in providing corporate services in a multi-jurisdiction environment (e.g. Hong Kong, BVI, Cayman Islands, Seychelles, etc.) and directly report to the Division Head
To manage day to day operations of the team
Resolving different types of company secretarial questions

Requirements:

At least 3 years company secretarial experience
Knowledge in HK / offshore company formation and annual obligations
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient in written English and Chinese
