Job Description


Lead customer performance functions for the Commercial Leadership department including trade promotional management, category management, market, product & customer analysis, customer pricings and customer projects
Drive company business by conducting market analysis, business forecast, category and brand specific review to identify business opportunities and support fact-based decisions
Take lead in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) process and own internal TPM tool, evaluate promotion effectiveness and share recommendation key stakeholders
Work closely with sales teams, take a lead in driving the business performance, identifying opportunities and addressing shortfalls from analysis perspective
Provide leadership and coaching to the team, upskilling the team on category management and trade promotion management and value-added analytical contribution
Provide leadership, market insights, analytics, and collaborate with key stakeholders to strategize & deliver core commercial strategies, practices and innovative solutions, to grow SCCHK profitability
Deliver routine performance tracking and trend analysis by key channels, packs, category & brands to internal stakeholders and business partners
Support Commercial Leadership team to manage ad-hoc commercial projects and analysis to drive business priorities


Degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent
Minimum 8-10 years of working experience, preferably in FMCG but not a must
Experience in FMCG Sales and Marketing functions, with a focus on Category Management/ Shopper Insights/ Business Intelligence is highly preferred
Experience in Project Management is preferred
Strong commercial acumen and attention to details with agile delivery
Understand competitive landscapes, products, and consumer trends with insights to identify business opportunities or risks
Analytics skillset with the ability to translate data into commercial strategies and solutions to complex problems
Solid data analysis experience with good numeric sense, and able to work with data in different format from various sources
Strong presentation skills and able to articulate analysis insights to audience from different backgrounds
Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and result oriented
Knowledge in Power BI or other data visualization tool is a plus
Proficient in Nielsen NAD and other statistical software is preferred but not a must
Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
