Lead a team to have close collaboration with various stakeholders including sales, customers, brand principles, commercial and supply chain
Develop shopper marketing strategies for the assigned channels, brands & categories, and deliver integrated channel and customer activation plans in line with ATL programs for achieving company sales targets
Lead the team to develop the go-to-market (GTM) plans for all channels for assigned campaigns and projects, including new product launches
Work with supply chain team on material depletion management to ensure smooth implementation of all logistics on launch activities for new products and packages
Ensure shopper engagement through the BTL communication and drive for POSM quality enhancement on an ongoing basis
Ensure trade execution excellence
Lead the promotion calendar of assigned channels
Manage the trade marketing spending and resources allocation to meet business objectives within budget
Degree or above in Business/Marketing discipline or equivalent
At least 8 years relevant experience in marketing or FMCG field with 3 years in managerial grade
Previous roles in dealing with suppliers / media, creative and production agencies and understanding FMCG key account operation is a must
Solid experience across strategy development and business frameworks
Strong experienced in projects and high level of professionalism and demonstrates problem solving skills
Good interpersonal skills and highly adaptable to change & challenges
Influencing and leadership skills across internal and external stakeholders
Able to work independently
Creative, independent and with good numerical sense and analytical skill
Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint
Proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin
