Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Insurance domain and apply this to the execution and improvement in the Product Document Update workflow and process
Manage Document Library for product development and provide document maintenance within General Insurance (GI) division.
Work with Product, Underwriting and Distribution in eDocument Generation
Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs
Gather requirements to produce Business Requirements Specification (BRS) and provide testing support for documentation verification
Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs for document update
Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
Create and maintain documentation issue logs, meeting minutes and meeting schedules

Job Requirement

University graduate in business administration, statistics, quantitative analysis, IT or related disciplines.
2 - 4 years of experience in Insurance/Financial Services Industry, with a focus on business analysis and/or system analysis
Proven track record in specifying user requirements and managing User Acceptance Testing and Implementation Verification Tests
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with being organized, structured, assertive are required
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Well versed in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, a high level of document management including use of Excel, Word & Powerpoint
