Be the brand owner for both Principal brand and house brand.
Act for the best business benefits of the Principals in local markets, and closely work with the Principals to manage & develop the brands.
Define brand proposition, brand/pricing strategies, and to lead, develop and execute business plans.
Formulate, discuss and monitor Business and A&P plans with Principal partners for achieving brand targets and put plans into actions. Marketing activities include but not limited to digital, social & e-commerce.
Develop robust trade marketing and promotions plans by co-working with Sales department.
Monitor category and product margin, marketing & trade spending and brand/product sales. Co-work with Finance department for cost monitoring.
Manage and monitor stock forecast, order and inventory by collaborating with Sales and Supply Chain departments.
Pitch for new brands, identify business opportunities and source around the world for new products to meet for market trend and customer demands.
Stay up to date with market trend and consumers preference for new product development.


Degree or above in Marketing / Business discipline or equivalent.
5+ years’ solid experience in Marketing/Trade Marketing of FMCG.
Strong entrepreneurship and self driver.
Good analytical & project management skills. Efficient in communication & strong interpersonal skills.
Well-organized and enjoy working in fast paced environment.
Open-minded, proactive and team player.
Strong presentation skills and good command of English and Putonghua.
Passion for Food will be an advantage.
