Job Description
Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties for the company and its subsidiaries in compliance with the relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
Handle company secretarial duties for Special Purpose Vehicles
Handling and organizing the preparation of SFC filings, arranging for Annual Return and maintenance of corporate records.
Assist in preparing circulars, board papers, board minutes and resolutions and assigned tasks.
Provide administrative support to team
Assisting in handling ad hoc projects


Member of ICSA/HKICS
At least 3 years of post qualification company secretarial experience preferably gained in professional firms and/or listed companies
Ability to handle full range of company secretarial work and SPV companies independently
Practical experience in dealing with PRC company secretarial matters
Be a self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of responsibility
Good PC knowledge of Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with ability to communicate in Mandarin
