Job Description

In order to cope with our fast expansion, we are looking for Associate Consultant (Human Resources) to support our research, delivery of consultancy and training services, client servicing, relationship building, and post-program follow up.

Job Descriptions:

HR Consultancy

Understand thoroughly clients’ business nature, challenges and internal HR management systems
Assist in customizing value-added HR solutions, methodologies and tools in the areas of HR Strategy, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Corporate Culture, etc.
Work with clients to implement and reinforce the newly-launched programs within their organizations to ensure staff buy-in and commitment
Support the development of consultancy solutions, logistics support, project management and client servicing
Identify and analyze clients’ training needs
Develop training course materials through research, slide design and turning concepts into audio visual materials
Support the implementation of recommended initiatives such as delivery and facilitation of training courses to ensure actual solution application and full customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

Degree holder in any discipline with NOT more than 2 years’ work experience
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
Excellent PC skills, especially Powerpoint and word processing
Prior experience in HR / training consultancy companies preferred but not mandatory
Fresh graduates would also be considered
