Identify, research, evaluate, and pursue business opportunities from the VDI Endpoint (Thin, Zero Client) market
Conduct channel partner strategy plan focused on the key account partners
Sales drive through indirect sales channels, including Enterprise and Large Account Resellers, Managed Service Providers, Solutions Provider, SI Resellers and value-added resellers
Achieve profitability and channel partner recruitment through analysis and management of the sales
Collaborate with the marketing team in implementing sales strategies
Receiving and responding to inbound sales leads and converting them to new business to formulate pipeline management
Support to qualified prospects and customers including follow up, product information, quotations and closures
Demonstrate our solutions and assist customer in troubleshooting problems
Manage customer & partner’s technical issues by escalating to upper level helpdesk
Degree holder or above in Engineering / IT discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, VDI Endpoint & PC industry preferred.
Proven record of successful selling, business development, executive level influence, negotiation and exceptional communication and presence
Experience with developing and managing channel partnerships with large carriers, system integrators and resellers
Profound market knowledge like competition on the SBC, VDI market, their technology and industry, their channel sales structure
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with proactive attitude
Skilled on Windows OS and PC hardware components
