Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the Sales team in Hong Kong to meet the sales targets set by the Company.
Manage and coach the Sales and Sales Support team to deliver high quality relationship management to our retail and corporate customers.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in Hong Kong, Macau in order to increase sales, and actively seek new sales opportunities.
In consultation with the Marketing team ensure effective use of marketing resources and channels for promoting Bloom & Grow brands in the territory
Ensure high standards of in-store visual merchandising, and stock availability for all customers
Monitor invoices issued and payments received
Provide monthly sales and forecast reports within given time frames
Liaise with the Operations team to ensure that accurate and timely deliveries are made, invoices issued and payments received
Tertiary education or above in Business Management or related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience and 2 years sales supervisor experience from premium consumers goods or FMCG industry
Experience of dealing with Department Stores or Chain Stores in Hong Kong, baby products related is preferable.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills, well organized, resilient, independent and able to meet tight deadlines.
Good command of written and speaking English and Putonghua
Proficiency in computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
