Job Description

The Job:

Generate data to prepare business and management reports
Evaluate sales & service performance, plan and implement commission / bonus scheme
Performance tracking, commission / bonus payment administration & evaluation
Coordinate with various internal parties, to improve operation efficiency
To support any ad-hoc projects or assignments in accordance with business needs

The Person:

Diploma or above with 1 year working experience(Fresh Graduate to be considered)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office eg. Excel, Powerpoint
Sound of knowledge in Access, SQL Server or Tableau is preferable
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and self-motivated
