Job Description


Perform general officer duties, including data entry and document scanning and filling,
Perform daily operations of purchase requisition, invoice settlement, inventory system
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure the operational efficiency
Relief for reception duties
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor


F.7 or above;
2 -3 years working experience in Administration (With accounting knowledge will be an advantage)
Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English;
Proficient in computer literacy and strong numerical analysis
Proficient in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel and Chinese words typing
Attention to details and able to work independently
