Job Description

Job Responsibility Including But Not Limited To:

Assist the merchandiser on all progress
Clerical duties such as data entry, filing for the department
Generate and prepare necessary reports for Company and team uses
Chase and co-ordinate with other teams and suppliers for all submissions and approvals
Keep updating all information and data in the system
Responsible in courier arrangement
Housekeeping of all filings and documents

Skills & Requirements

Diploma in Clothing / textiles / fabric studies or above
At least 1 years merchandising experience in garment field from development to bulk order production
Familiar with UK garment market is advantageous
Knowledge & experience in garment
Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin, good computer knowledge
Self-motivated, independent, proactive, responsible, decisive working style and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Immediately available is preferred
