Job Description

Job Duties:

.Formulate and implement product launch strategy and plans to achieve business objectives
.Involve in developing strategies for new products from idea generation, market research, package design to product launch
.Responsible for new product planning and analysis purpose, including market trends and competitors’ activities
.Conduct analysis to understand market trend and product performance to identify opportunities and challenges for growth and development
.Develop KPI and measurements to evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities; provide feedback and recommendation for improvement
.Compile regular reports and participate in ad hoc assignments and projects

.Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
.At least 5 years relevant experience in Healthcare/ FMCG / Beauty Industries
.Good knowledge of retail market and sales experience in Healthcare industry will be an advantage
.With solid experience on market data analysis
.Good business sense, logical mind-set with good communication and project management skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
.Self-starter with good interpersonal and presentation skills
.Good command in spoken and written Chinese, English, Mandarin
.Proficient in MS Office software
