Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, result-driven and detail-oriented marketing professional. He/she should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, exploring new business growth opportunities and overcoming challenges. He/she will be a product and market segment anchor, driving business growth and improving customer loyalty.

Our Role

Monitor market trend and customer experience
Design and implement customer loyalty programs utilizing both online and sales channels
Review business and sales performance on daily basis
As product anchor, penetrate services in target segments
As market segment anchor, collaborate with internal channels and drive for business performance improvement independently

To succeed this role

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
5 years of marketing experience, preferable in telecommunications / ICT industry
Creative, self-motivated, good communication skills and attentive to details
Possess good data analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple marketing programs with tight deadlines
Proficient in MS office applications
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
